Suwannee River Log Homes offers FOUR different material packages for our log homes. Like our
floorplans, our packages can be customized to our customer's needs. Please feel free to review
our packages and consult with our home consultants to adjust the packages to meet your needs.

Suwannee Deluxe Package
Suwannee River's Deluxe
Package offers you a more unique look to your new log home! This materials package will give
you an open beam, fully insulated cathedral ceiling with a tongue & groove finish, and will
provide you with open beam floor joists for your first floor ceiling finish.
Some of the materials in this
package will interchange with the Suwannee Homestead Package, while still offering you a complete
weather0tight materials package with cathedral ceilings and 10' walls. As a special
feature, this package will also include a finished roof!

available at the time of this posting. To get pricing on any package, please refer to the
price sheet available from any Suwannee River Log Homes representative. If there is an item
that is not included in the following lists, then that item is not included in the price. If
you would like any particular items added to your materials package, please consult your Suwannee
