Our Construction Loans feature:
  Unlimited draws (Typical borrower requests 75 to 150 draws per loan).

All draws are ordered on the phone and mailed directly back to you, usually the same day.

  There are no application or draw fees 

  You can hire your favorite subcontractors and tradespeople. 

  You can purchase materials from your favorite supplier. 

  You can use your own labor.

   It is O.K. if you don't have a contractor. We don't require one.

  It is O.K. if the construction has already started.

  After the completion of the construction, you are free to refinance with another lender of your choice.

You pay interest monthly only on the outstanding balance.
