Traffic - We are getting between 1,000 and 2,500 unique visitors
per
day throughout 2007. 30,000 - 80,000 unique visitors per month.
(not to be confused with hits, which are meaningless) and 150,000 - 250,000
page views per month.
Featured Links - If you already
have an approved listing in one of our categories you can upgrade your
link to a featured link. There will only be 4 featured links available
per state or category on a first come, first served basis. You can
also use this to advertise in different states that you do business in
other than the state you reside in, or to get a better placement in the
state your business is located. The cost is $240 per year Click
here to see an example. Home owners and real estate companies
can use this option to sell their log homes for $120.00 per six months.
Web Page - If your company does not have a web site, LogHomeLinks.com
can set up and host a web page or pages for you on our domain. Your
page will be created with text and photos you supply and will be listed
alphabetically in the state and/or category relevant to your business.
The cost is $210 per 6 months for the 1st page, and there is no set
up fee. Additional pages are $30 per 6 months per page.
Home Page Links - Space is limited. Links directly off
the home page to your site or to a web page we have created for you (at
the above rates) are $100 per month. If prepaid 6 months at a time
then the fee is $90 per month. This includes the link with a maximum
10 word description.
Banner Ads - If you are interested please email us with
the page and location you desire so we can give you a quote. Time periods
are by month and six months, we do not charge by impressions.
Referral or Lead-Based Advertising - Your company is promoted
as appropriate throughout the site and set up with an inquiry form hosted
on LogHomeLinks.com which would allow interested people to send you their
contact information . This is ideally suited for log home and finance
companies
The advantage to this method is that you are more heavily promoted throughout
the site and you only pay for what directly benefits your business in terms
of sales or leads. This form of advertising is no risk and can generate
a tremendous amount of business; therefore only companies who can handle
the potential extra volume should consider this option.
Referral - A percentage of sale referral fee or a flat
fee per referred sale will be negotiated. There is a $500 one
time set up fee.
Lead-Based - Leads are defined as inquiry forms filled
out by visitors that are specifically asking for your product and/or service
information. You will not be billed for duplicate contact information
and there is no set up fee. Price per lead to be negotiated per company.
